CasaColina and a Finca in the hinterland of the Costa del Sol

Las Colinas

Welcome to real Andalusia

away from the hustle and bustle of the Costa del Sol the houses are located
crossed the white mountain village Canillas de Aceituno about 60 km east of
Málagas Airport - in a beautiful location on a long ridge of the "Loma de Arriba"
(about 530 meters above sea level) and still close to the coast.

There are wonderful views of the impressive surroundings.

An enchanting unspoilt view into the valley and on the horizon to the
Mediterranean Sea. On some days you can see the coast of Africa.

Just a few steps and you have a beautiful view of the snow white
Village Canillas, on the Sierra Tejeda, the Montes de Málaga,
the El Torcal Nature Reserve and the turquoise blue Viñuela Reservoir.

The property conveys a pleasant atmosphere and enchants not only
by its location in the gentle hills of the Axarquia, but also with
an impressive mountain panorama (2080m).


In December 1998, the Great House was built by a Spanish company with
German Support completed. In contrast to some other buildings in the
countryside, one worked thereby very tidily and paid attention to the
fact that the house im Spanish style also meets the housing needs of
Northern and Central Europeans. The house as well as the terrace are
semicircular.

There are all the necessary permits and the owner's certificate (Escritura
new January 2019). The houses are with all extensions im land registry
(Catastro). You are connected to the electricity and water networks and
there are no tax arrears.

All this is not always the case in Spain!

The houses are very quiet. It is there but not totally lonely.
The nearest neighbours are still within range.

Since life in Andalusia is mostly outside thanks to the temperatures,
various free and roofed terraces are available to enjoy the weather
. to adjust.

The houses have proven themselves very well as permanent residences due
to their construction and are of course ideally suited as holiday homes.
A renting offers itself as the demand for good quality rural accommodation
remains unchanged is large.

Especially because there are two houses.

So guests can live in their own house.


In Canillas there are some shopping possibilities (many small, quaint shops,
like baker, Butchers, vegetable merchants, fish etc. Friday is market).
In practice, however, you will be probably the beach visit with a shopping
in Torre del Mar / Velez Malaga (25 min. from the house). There is a huge
shopping mall, Medical centers and a hospital.

Television reception is via a satellite dish. Internet and telephone are
offered by various providers by radio, which works very well and from all
neighbours is used in this way.

The last 1.5 kilometers of the access road is via a regular route from the
municipality maintained and with normal passenger car passable earth road with
single Concrete sections that are also flanked in large parts by crash barriers.
A lining with concrete or asphalt is planned.

As an important criterion, it should be mentioned that the ratio of supply to
demand is and demand in our region can no longer deteriorate due to new construction,
since no further building permits have been issued on the land for years.
